Only downside I can see is will all priority top point holders always get the front seats cos I don't want that every time

Looks like they work front to back then, I've got the exact same two tickets that I had for last season in the front row of the upper.

I got row 7 lower, how did you get upper, I didn't see the option to choose, I was just pleased it was so easy

When choosing the tickets there's a drop down box at the bottom which defaults to 'Best available'. You can choose what block you want from that, but not the row.

Where it said best available you could click and it dropped down a list of sections in the upper and lower.

aaah right, cheers Buster and One Mac will look out for that in future although I wanted lower but would of preferred further back that wouldn`t of helped...

The game didn't show on mine until about 10 past but I knew it would be ok eventually because I had enough points. It did crash a couple of times too.
I'm glad it's done online now and it's easy to work, but I think the time slots are a bit too rigid.
That's my take anyway.

Agree OM about the time slots.
Can't understand how a site developed by ticketmaster got into a mess when they deal with huge demand on their main site yet struggled when at most a few hundred would have logged on at the same time

Got 3 easy enough, just didn't realise you could stipulate where you can sit. I'd have gone Upper had I known there was a choice.

6 tickets purchased at 9:30. Row 13 lower tier.
Much better than the forms but to only give people an hour time slot is a bit tight.
